Everything You Need to Know About Echho
We understand that choosing the right tutoring service is an important decision. Below are answers to some of the most common questions parents ask about Echho.
How are the classes structured?
Our classes are taught in small groups, of up to four students, to ensure personalised attention while fostering collaboration and peer learning.
We focus on consistent groupings to build a sense of community and ensure students progress together. The sessions are held online for convenience and flexibility.

How do I know which class is suitable for my child?
We offer an initial consultation to assess your child’s needs and learning goals. Before their first session, students also complete a diagnostic test to help us create a Personalized Learning Plan tailored to their academic level.
What happens if my child misses a class?
If a student cannot attend a class, we upload the lesson content to the student portal so they can catch up at their own pace.
Our full cancellation policy is available in our Terms and Conditions.

Can I track my child's progress?
We provide regular updates through session reports and direct communication with parents.
Additionally, parents can schedule termly Zoom meetings with tutors for in-depth discussions on their child’s progress.
Why do you offer group tuition instead of one-to-one sessions?
Research shows that small-group tuition is as effective as one-to-one tutoring while offering additional benefits such as peer learning, improved confidence, and a sense of community. Our groups are small enough to provide individualised attention while maintaining a collaborative learning environment.
